Refund Policy

At Tejan Enterprises, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You receive a wrong item
  • Your order was not delivered

Refund Process:

  • Raise a request via the app or email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images (if damaged or incorrect).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.

Note: Refund eligibility is subject to vendor confirmation and investigation.
